BODY: Made of die-cast aluminium painted with polyester powders, standard colour gray RAL9006, upon request different colours in the RAL range. External stainless steel screws.

SCREEN: Extra clear tempered glass, thickness 4mm, fixed to the removable frame made of die-cast aluminium painted with polyester powders, standard colour gray RAL9006.

GASKETS: The watertight integrity of the product is ensured by foam gaskets and expanded silicone.

SUPPLY UNIT: Electrical components mounted on easily removable fixing plate.

Life expectancy of the ballast at Tc: 50,000hrs for the standard solution and 100,000hrs for the dimmable solution. Supply voltage 220÷240V 50/60Hz. Insulation class II. Upon request, available in class I.

CONNECTION: Mains connection with H07RN-F cable, quick coupling plug-socket polarized, 2 poles for the standard version and 4 poles for the dimmable version in order to make accessible the cables for programming. Cable entry trough M20 cable gland IP68. Available version with switch option.

OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION: Protected against overvoltage in differential mode up to 10kV and in common mode up to 6kV.

LED MODULES: LED modules consisting of 12 new generation multi/die, high power package chips. Efficiency 170lm/W @ 640mA 25°C. Useful life of the led 80.000h L80B20. Secondary optic made of stabilized PMMA. Multi-layer lighting concept in which each optic illuminates the entire road surface to ensure uniformity even when some LEDs are failed. 

POLE CONNECTION: Adjustable goblet in painted die-cast aluminium with 5° step in order to allow both top pole mounting +20°/-5° and side pole mounting +5° /-20°. Suitable for poles diameter ∅ 60mm.
