AreA LIGHTING AS A COMPLETE SERVICE
Instead of gathering products and services from variety of suppliers, let us provide an easy implementation of area lighting. We deliver a turnkey area lighting service, which includes:
- Lighting design
- Lighting masts
- Floodlights (Fastled 2 / X-Tigua)
- Mast lighting distribution panel, required connection boxes and cables from the foundation to top
- Installation and mast erection
- Commissioning
- Final documentation
Buyer's responsibility is to cast the foundation and bring a supply cable at the bottom of the mast. We deliver the drawings and borrow the casting template. The rest of the work is ours.
Installation and furnishing of the mast is made complete on the ground and then lifted by a mobile crane. The mast is fixed on the foundation and connected to mains supply.
Masts
- Lighting masts are manufactured by Aurajoki Pro Oy.
- Material hot-dip galvanized steel, surface treatment according to standard SFS-EN ISO 1461B.
- Height 18m / 24m / 30m / 36m
- Mast is delivered in 6m sections.
- Available in light or heavy construction, depending on quantity and weight of the floodlights and windload.
- Safety climb welded on the structure.
- 3 different option to safety climb profiles.
- Several lighting mounting rings available.
- Maintenance platform can be placed inside or outside the mast.
- We deliver the drawings and borrow the casting template for casting the foundation.
Mast lighting distribution panel
The lighting panel board on the bottom of the mast will be furnished according to customers wishes.
